Go Xperia Signs Joint Venture Agreement
Go Xperia, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Proprietors Capital Holdings, LLC, signs Joint Venture Agreement
Go Xperia is pleased to announce that it has signed a North America development agreement with Escape Hunt plc (AIM:ESC) for a roll-out of new franchise sites across the US and Canada.
Go Xperia together with the Escape Hunt’s management team, has developed a detailed plan to address the market opportunity for escape rooms in the US and Canada. Go Xperia will operate the North America support system for franchise-owned locations and intends to acquire and open a number of corporate owned locations in the US and Canada. Both Go Xperia and Escape Hunt look forward to commencing the roll-out of sites in the coming months.
